A: Control panel is optional with the VPS hosting. We provide cPanel or Plesk control panel options with the vps hosting. You can opt for anyone of them you will have to pay additional for the control panel.
Q: How many Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting accounts will be setup per server?
A: We place 15 - 20 vps hosting on each VPS server.
Q: How much disk space the OS is using on the VPS hosting account?
A: VPS hosting files and cPanel control panel install takes around 1GB of vps disk space. This is counted to your VPS quota.
Q: How long does it take for the VPS hosting to be setup?
A: VPS hosting setup process takes 2 - 3 Hrs after payment verification. Once we get the payment confirmation we instantly proceed with the vps setup process.
Q: Is there a possibility to have a dedicated SSL certificate setup on the VPS
A: Yes, it’s extra option. SSL certificate will be installed your vps hosting.
Q: Do you support other cpanel softwares? Plesk, DirectAdmin
A: We support cPanel and Plesk control panel. We do not provide support for any other control panel.
Q: Is it possible to run IRC softwares, game servers? Chats?
A: IRC Demons is not allowed. Game servers, chats, custom software is allowed.
Q: Can I host adult content?
A: Yes, you can host legal adult content on our vps hosting.
Q: Is RvSkin Cpanel Theme And Fantastico Installed on Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting accounts?
A: No, RvSkin Cpanel Theme and Fantastico is part of regular reseller accounts. VPS hosting accounts require to purchase license for these software.
Q: I am existing vps hosting customer do I have access to VZPP?
A: Most of the vps hosting clients already have access to VZPP. VZPP accessible via 4643 port. Example: If your main VPS server IP 10.10.10.1,
